Terms of Use
1. Fictional Characters Only
Users may only generate images featuring fictional, AI-generated characters. Celfie creates entirely synthetic faces that do not represent any real person.
2. Prohibition on Real People
Generating images intended to depict real individuals (including but not limited to celebrities, public figures, private persons, or any identifiable individual) is strictly prohibited. Users must not attempt to recreate the likeness of any real person through character descriptions or any other means.
3. User Confirmation
Users confirm with each generation that they are not attempting to recreate a real person. By proceeding with any image generation, you acknowledge and agree that your character description refers to a fictional archetype only.
4. Acceptable Use
Generated images are for personal entertainment purposes only. You agree NOT to:
- Use images for commercial purposes without explicit permission
- Present images as photographs of real people
- Use images to deceive, defame, harass, or harm any individual
- Use images for political manipulation or misinformation
- Distribute images in ways that could cause confusion about their AI-generated nature
5. Account Termination
Celfie reserves the right to terminate access and ban users who violate these terms, particularly those who attempt to generate images depicting real people or use the service for harmful purposes.
6. User Responsibility
Users assume full responsibility for their use of generated images. Celfie is not liable for any misuse of images after download. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Celfie from any claims arising from your use of generated content.
7. Content Ownership
Images generated through Celfie are provided for personal use. Celfie retains the right to use anonymized data for service improvement. Your uploaded photos are processed temporarily and not stored permanently.
8. Modifications
Celfie reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
